What does “Community” mean to you in your life?
To me, it's a breathing space. When I juggle between receiving treatment and taking care of my family and maintaining my daily life, I need a space to share my feelings - happiness or sadness - so that I have the courage to move forward.

Share with us who’s a part of your community, and why is it important to you?
Patients who share similar experiences and processes of illness (diagnosis with cancer, getting treatment, and being brave again to face the challenges of everyday life) are an important part of the “Community.” They are important to me because we understand each other and are willing to support each other on this journey.
"There is a line in this song, "Anthem", that always inspires and motivates me: “There Is a Crack in Everything, That's How the Light Gets In” by Leonard Cohen."

What’s one fond memory with your community that you cherish a lot?
We often hold gatherings to get together. We have been through challenges and difficulties which we thought we were not brave enough to get by. When we share the same beliefs, we bring the same strength to help others.
