Love Bonito’s Lucky 10 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is available from 19 Nov, 00:00 GMT+8 to 21 Nov, 23:59 GMT+8. 

ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is open to all countries where Love, Bonito ships to. 

Only online 11.11 Sale orders made during the Giveaway Period will be eligible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love, Bonito reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in this Giveaway. 

The Giveaway is not open to employees of Love, Bonito. 

MECHANICS

Participants will automatically be enrolled in the Giveaway upon making a purchase from the 11.11 Sale in a single transaction online at https://www.lovebonito.com/id during the Giveaway Period. 

10 winners will be selected per day by a randomised draw.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to appeal or challenge Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above; and

• Meet the mechanics requirements set out in ‘MECHANICS’ above. 

THE WINNERS' OBLIGATIONS 

The winners for each day will be published on Love, Bonito’s Ongoing offers promo page here the following day. Only the winners' order reference numbers from their 11.11 Sale purchase will be revealed on the promotions page and on our social media channels; if selected as one of the winners during this Giveaway, you will receive an email from our Customer Care team to confirm your winnings the following day. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices including but not limited to reasons due to spam, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winners cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 3 calendar days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited.  Receipt by winners of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the winners (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in the winner's disqualification as winner of the Giveaway, and all privileges obtained as a result of winning will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

Each winner will win:

A refund for their order placed which will be given through their original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after the giveaway ends on 21 Nov, 23:59pm GMT+8. Love, Bonito will only refund the total costs of all items purchased, excluding shipping and prevailing duties and taxes.

Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes of this Giveaway without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability. 

GENERAL 

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE. 

Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to this giveaway. This Giveaway is solely administered by Love, Bonito.

Love, Bonito’s general terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/intl/terms-and-conditions (“LB Terms”) and privacy policy https://www.lovebonito.com/id/global/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”) shall apply to this Giveaway. 

As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
