CONTEST PERIOD

The Global Giveaway Contest is available from 8 August 2022, 10pm to 4 September 2022, 11.59pm (GMT +8). This contest is hosted on Instagram. The Global Giveaway Contest is open for submissions from 8 August 2022, 10pm to 4 September 2022, 11.59pm (GMT +8).

ELIGIBILITY

Each person may only submit one entry. Where an entrant has submitted multiple entries, only the latest entry received will be considered valid. You will be asked to review and agree with the terms and conditions at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/global/lbanniversary. You cannot take part in the Global Giveaway Contest unless you agree with the terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you verify that you have read through and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Global Giveaway Contest. Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this contest. This contest is solely administered by Love, Bonito.

This Global Giveaway Contest is not open to employees of Love, Bonito Ptd Ltd, Love, Bonito Indonesia Ptd Ltd, Love, Bonito Hong Kong Ptd Ltd who are involved in administering the Contest.

MECHANICS

In totality, across Instagram accounts @lovebonito @lovebonitoid @lovebonitosg @lovebonito_my @lovebonitojp @lovebonitohkg, 12 participants will be selected to receive the grand prizes. 20 participants will be selected to receive the runner-up prizes. 100 participants will be selected to receive the consolation prizes. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

Love, Bonito’s decision in this matter shall be final. No entrant will have the right to challenge the Love, Bonito’s decision. Love, Bonito is not obliged to give any reasons for their decision, and will not engage in any conversation or correspondence with any person regarding their decision.

To be valid, the entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:

• Meet the eligibility requirements set out in ‘ELIGIBILITY’ above;

• The entry submitted must be an original work. (The entrant, by participating in the Global Giveaway Contest, represents and warrants that the entry is his sole and original work and that he has not violated any third party’s intellectual property rights in the submission of the entry.);

• The entry must not have been produced for compensation or submitted for any other contests/forums or won any award (whether or not as part of a contest) or which has been previously accepted for broadcast through any public media (e.g. Internet, radio or television);

• There must be no plagiarism or violation of copyright work and the entry must not contain offensive content or violate any laws, statutes or regulations (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy, publicity or other rights) of any relevant parties or contain content against public interest, public order or national harmony.

THE WINNERS' DUTY

The winners will be selected by the best response in the full discretion of Love, Bonito. By participating in this Global Giveaway Contest, note that you are consenting to Love, Bonito’s usage of personal data (full name, Instagram handle, masked email address, image and country of residence) in connection with the Global Giveaway Contest and as required by law or regulation. The winner will be announced from 12 September 2022 onwards. Winners will be announced and contacted solely via Love, Bonito’s IG account @lovebonito, @lovebonitoid, @lovebonitosg, @lovebonito_my, @lovebonitojp and @lovebonitohkg; please do not share any personal details with any other Instagram account. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Global Giveaway Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in winner’s disqualification as winner of the Global Giveaway Contest, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

Prizes are subject to ‘SELECTION CRITERIA’ above. Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value.  Flight tickets, hotel bookings and the 3D2N itinerary will be decided at Love, Bonito’s discretion and subjected to Covid-19 travel restrictions and regulations in the winner's residing country and Singapore during the event days. Further details on dates and logistics of the trip will be shared with winners at a later date, decided at Love, Bonito’s discretion. 

Grand Prize winners must adhere to the Covid-19 travel restrictions and regulations by the government of Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority at https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/overview. Passport eligibility will be on the onus of the Grand Prize winners and Love, Bonito will not be responsible if winners do not have eligible passports for travel. Grand Prize winners are responsible for their own Visa application to enter Singapore. The Visa Application Fee may be paid by Love, Bonito and is subject to discussion and decided at Love, Bonito’s discretion. Any travel insurance cost incurred will not be reimbursed by Love, Bonito.

In the event Grand Prize winners are unable to exit their residing country and/or enter Singapore due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, Love, Bonito reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize as follows:

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and are neither refundable nor transferable, and may not be exchanged with Love, Bonito for cash. Love, Bonito will not be responsible for any prizes which may be lost in the post.

Love, Bonito reserves the right to cancel the Global Giveaway Contest or change the prizes of the Global Giveaway Contest without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect. THIS Global Giveaway Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Global Giveaway Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Global Giveaway Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees.  Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

Love, Bonito collects personal information from its entrant, namely the entrant’s Name, Email Address, Country of Residence and marketing preferences. This information collected is subject to Love, Bonito’s Privacy Statement at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/privacy-policy. All entrants shall agree to Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of Global Giveaway Contest administration and publicity according to the Privacy Statement. Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials (non-exhaustively including comments and images) that are produced from the entries submitted in the Global Giveaway Contest. Love, Bonito owns the right to reproduce / circulate all materials that are produced from the entries submitted in the Global Giveaway Contest without any obligation to obtain the contestant’s prior approval. The contestant understands and acknowledges that her/his comment and/or image submitted pursuant to this Contest may be viewed by persons globally, and that she will not be paid a fee in respect of any use by Love, Bonito of such comment and/or image. Agencies/individuals that wish to replicate or use the materials produced for other projects are to obtain Love, Bonito’s prior written approval.
