Do you have a work wife / partner-in-crime? How would you describe your relationship with her?

It's hard to say because the nature of my work requires me to work with many different people everyday so is it okay to say that I have multiple work wives instead? In all seriousness, I haven't developed a work-wife relationship with any of my female peers and I am frequently too busy to hang out with my friends – the next most reliable person who I communicate with constantly would be my manager.

Share about a specific occasion or event in which you encountered a challenge at work, and how she played a role in supporting you.

I often find myself double booked for work in a day because different people manage my schedule for different areas of my career.

When this happens, the first person I’d run to would be my manager. She stays calm and collected, somehow always managing to find solutions to make it work. She sticks by me all day to make sure I'm doing okay. It’s great to have that kind of support with you in times of need. I’m so grateful for her.
