The giveaway is available from 28 December 2022, 12pm to 6 January 2023, 11.59pm (GMT +8). This contest is hosted on Instagram @lovebonito Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this contest. This contest is solely administered by the organisers.

ELIGIBILITY

Each person may only submit one entry. Where an entrant has submitted multiple entries, only the latest entry received will be considered valid. You cannot take part in the Giveaway Contest unless you agree with the terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you verify that you have read through and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Giveaway Contest. Love, Bonito is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this contest. This contest is solely administered by Love, Bonito.

This Giveaway Contest is not open to employees of Love, Bonito Ptd Ltd, Love, Bonito Indonesia Ptd Ltd, Love, Bonito Hong Kong Ptd Ltd who are involved in administering the Contest.

THE WINNERS

The winner will be selected in the full discretion of Love, Bonito. By participating in this giveaway, note that you are consenting to Love, Bonito’s usage of personal data (name, Instagram handle, masked email address and masked mobile number) in connection with the giveaway and as required by law or regulation. Please do not share any personal details with any other Instagram account. The winner will be announced on 7 January 2023 on @lovebonito’s IG Live. If winners are not present/unresponsive during the IG Live, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito. 

Thereafter, the winners will be contacted by the Love, Bonito team via email to arrange for the delivery of the prizes. Love, Bonito shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 working days from the time award email was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner in line, selected by Love, Bonito. Receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by winner (at Love, Bonito’s sole discretion) will result in winner’s disqualification as winner of the giveaway, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES

Per winner, the prize consists of a Love, Bonito Limited Edition Mahjong Set and a set of Love, Bonito Limited Edition Mini Lucky Cats. There will be 3 prizes to be won in total.

THIS Giveaway Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Singapore having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway Contest). Love, Bonito collects personal information from its entrant, namely the entrant’s Name, Email Address and Country of Residence.. This information collected is subject to Love, Bonito’s Privacy Statement at https://www.lovebonito.com/global/privacy-policy. All entrants shall agree to the Love, Bonito’s collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of Giveaway Contest administration and publicity according to the Privacy Statement. Love, Bonito owns the intellectual property rights to all materials that are produced from the entries submitted in the Giveaway Contest. Agencies/individuals that wish to replicate or use the materials produced for other projects are to obtain Love, Bonito’s prior written approval.
