To the version of me who forgets to celebrate her wins because she is so caught up with what to accomplish next... you are still enough.

I wouldn’t be here without the work I’ve done to embrace vulnerability and that failure is inevitable. I openly share my therapy journey to show others, especially Asian-Americans, that asking for help is okay and perfection isn’t the goal.

I know you have to live up to so many expectations, so many pressure to be the best but you'll find your way there, you'll find your own happiness, stability, and definition of success.

 Friendly reminder that it’s okay to take a step back and recharge when life gets too overwhelming. It’s important to remember that we’re all going through our own challenges. It’s normal to not be 100% all of the time and it’s okay to admit when you’re not okay.

This is a reminder that you are living the life you dreamed of and even when life gets tough just remember you are making your younger self proud.
